Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, we offer a free 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for online orders only. A 3% restocking fee will apply for all returns. For in-store purchases & pick up orders, the policy is different. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@icebyak.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the process. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please Note: There are NO returns or exchanges on engraved or Custom products due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our engraved products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to ICEBYAK.
