Two Ways to Find Your Size
Whether you have a ring on hand or need to measure directly — both methods take under two minutes and cost nothing.
Method 01
Use a Ring You Own
- 1Select a ring that already fits the finger you want to size.
- 2Measure the internal diameter in mm — straight across the inside of the band at its widest point.
- 3Match your measurement to the size chart below to get your US ring size.
- 4Between two sizes? Always go with the larger size for comfort.
Method 02
Measure Your Finger
- 1Cut a thin strip of paper about 4 inches long.
- 2Wrap snugly around the base of the finger you want to size. Mark where it overlaps.
- 3Lay flat and measure in mm — this is your circumference.
- 4Divide by 3.14 to get your diameter, then find your size in the chart below.
- 5Measure at end of day — fingers expand slightly in warmth.

When between two sizes, always go larger. A slightly loose ring is comfortable — too tight restricts blood flow.
